I have been assisting various of the top 100 corporations worldwide since 2000 and am involved in some of the very largest and most important corporate participations in Open Source today.
I am happy to sign a bilateral NDA. I like the bilateral ones, because having the terms apply to both parties means that pernicious terms won't be written into the agreement.

I charge $300/hour plus expenses. If travel time or expected jet-lag time exceeds 1/5 of the time booked for the engagement, I may have to charge for some of it.
